The UA, thanks to its community of students, faculty and staff, has just made yet another nationwide list.
Sierra, a nationwide magazine published bimonthly, placed the UA on the top 25 list in its "cool schools" ranking. Based on the availability and type of co-curricular activities, education quality, research activities, dining options, energy efficiency and other sustainability measures, carpooling and other alternative transportation, the UA took 24th place.
At that numerical rank, the UA has a higher "cool school" status that others like the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Boston University, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Pepperdine University.
