Culture Craft Saturday

When: October 21, 2017 10:30am

Make a pot with Shelden Nuñez-Velarde, a member of the Jicarilla Apache Nation and pottery artist. Sort sherds, unravel the science of pottery and play pottery-matching games. Fun for every member of the family. Attendees will have the chance to buy directly from the artist.

This is part of Arizona State Museum's Honoring Traditions/Bridging Generations Master Artist Series, funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Look for five more artist encounters this season.
