Join the Center for Compassion Studies to continue or begin an hour of meditation practice on Monday evenings. Each session's meditation is tailored to the group. Beginning and experienced meditators welcomed. No special props or skills are needed. Meditation cushions and seating is provided in the space, however, feel free to bring whatever feels comfortable.
Meditations are guided with opportunity to reflect, ask questions or have a quiet process following the sit. Sessions are open to all.
Parking is available in the building parking lot. UA lot adjacent is open after 5 p.m.
