Safe Travels Brown Bag Workshop Series – 'Mindful Travel'

Join Marian Binder, director of UA Counseling and Psych Services (CAPS) and psychologist at Campus Health Service, for a talk about mindful travel.
Awareness and understanding of the environment, other travelers and yourself is a critical component to traveler safety. This session will teach components of mindfulness and self-reflection to discover personal vulnerabilities, enhance awareness of an environment and demonstrate the need to travel with intercultural knowledge and understanding.
