Talk – 'Reimagining Community Cultural Identity'

In this talk, Carlton Turner, director of the Mississippi Center for Cultural Productions, will use the work of the center, known as Sipp Culture, as a framework for how rural communities are grappling with reimagining their cultural identity in the wake of systems consolidation and the expanding of the digital divide across race and class lines.
