The Garden Kitchen Cooking Class – Fresh Pasta From Scratch

When: May 25, 2019 10:00am to 1:00pm

Think outside the boxed, and learn to make your own fresh pasta at home. Join in the fun as we mix, roll, shape and cook fettuccine and tortellini from scratch. Attendees will also learn to create sauces from scratch and to make a low-calorie dessert. The menu includes tortellini with sunflower parmesan pesto and parsley laminated fettuccine with putenesca. There will be a demonstration of making lemon basil granita. Fees include lunch of all dishes made. 

All proceeds from these classes go towards our free programming, empowering Pima County residents to build community wellness and make healthier choices through food, fitness and gardening education.
