Join the UA Center for Compassion Studies every Monday evening (with the exception of Labor Day and Veterans Day) to begin or continue your meditation practice. Beginners and experienced meditators welcomed!
Each week, we come together informally to let go of the day, settle in to what is present and work with what is alive for us individually and collectively in a guided, supportive practice environment. All cushions and comfortable chairs are provided in the space.
Parking is free in the parking lot of the building, and the UA lot just behind is free after 5 p.m.
