Learn real, practical tips to address stress in your work environment.

This workshop will focus on personal resilience, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Communicate better, make conscious choices and balance your personal and professional lives.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Spot challenges in your career and personal lives that cause stress and hurt your well-being.
  • Understand the concepts of mindfulness, self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Describe the seven levels of energy (or awareness).
  • Increase self-awareness and be able to identify when these levels show up in your everyday life.
  • Begin to use the Energy Leadership model to choose how you respond in specific situations.
