Joann MacMaster will speak about TLA processes, resources and services available to the UA research community. She will also talk about specific examples of UA startups, all of which are at different stages in the process. Mike Sember will address the opportunities and challenges in working with outside leaders, entrepreneurs and investors. Additionally, we will hear from Laurence Hurley, a UA faculty member and inventor who will talk about his experience starting a new company in collaboration with TLA.
