Professional Development Series – 'Conflict Management Strategies'

Despite what many people believe, conflict can be enormously productive. In fact, healthy, respectful conflict can surface new ideas and help us avoid unfortunate mistakes. This session will explore the origins of conflict and discuss opportunities conflict can provide. Participants will also examine their personal conflict style and discuss how it helps or hampers when there are disagreements with others.
