Study Arizona: Summer Closing Presentations

When: August 04, 2017 9:00am

Students from around the world will present findings from their summer research projects at the UA during a day of diverse presentations at ENR2 S107. From 3D printing to Virtual Reality, there is a project to interest everyone! The campus community is invited to pop in from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to learn more and celebrate.

The event marks the closing of the UA Summer Program “A Learning Research Experience." The program offers academic, professional, and cultural experiences for international students interested in the social sciences or STEM fields. Students spend 10 weeks participating in faculty-mentored research, workshops, and field trips as they explore life as a scientific professional.

The program is managed by Study Arizona: Short-Term Programs, housed within the UA Office of Global Initiatives. The Study Arizona team offers a variety of learning experiences in Tucson for international students, ranging from one to 10 weeks in duration.
