The University will be conducting an inventory of building and equipment assets for selected departments starting Tuesday, June 20.
The UA has contracted with the firm of Steve Hirons & Associates Inc. to conduct the inventory. The purpose is to verify the accuracy of fixed asset records to meet state and federal reporting requirements.
The firm will be on campus for several weeks and will need to access all areas during their visit, including secured areas.
If your department is selected for review, the person responsible for maintaining your equipment records will be contacted to schedule the inventory.
