Neuman to Serve Another Term on Stanford's School of Earth Sciences Advisory Board

Regents' Professor Shlomo P. Neuman, Department of Hydrology and Water Resources, was asked by President Gerhard Casper of Stanford University to serve another three-year term as member of the advisory board of Stanford's School of Earth Sciences. Neuman has served
continuously as member of the Board since 1988 and as chair in 1998-99.
In April, Neuman delivered an invited Keynote Lecture at the millenial meeting of the European Geophysical Society titled "Hydrogeologic Challenges for the Twenty First Century: The Science and its Application."
