Video: 'Inside Out' Project Brings Global Art Movement to UA Campus

Dec. 9, 2013

Begun by French street artist JR in 2011, "Inside Out" is an international, participatory art project that encourages people to paste larger-than-life self-portraits in public places. The idea is to give participants an opportunity to share their portrait and make a statement about what they stand for. On Monday, portraits of 48 students from the Department of Spanish and Portuguese were placed on the outside of the Modern Languages building.
